Each serving contains:
Juice: 5 ml sacramental juice element. (blackcurrant berry flavor)
Bread: 1/6g bread element which consist of a round unleavened wafer made with white wheat flour, water and salt
Two methods that we have seen work well. 1) Simply place a pre filled communion cup on each seat in the church 2) Place a container at the entrance to the church auditorium so that the congregation can take one as they enter.
